Resource Manager (Technology Manager) - Engineering Design

The Vacancy
The Department Resource Manager provides people leadership, oversee engineering capability and deployment in support of engineering excellence whilst driving cross team collaboration, one team-together. Providing people leadership, support for team leaders and team members with a focus on supporting people development through on-the-job training, in-house training and external training courses aligned to PDPs and the department and MTCs strategic focus
1. Resource Deployment
2. Ensuring team members goals aligned with department and MTC priorities
3. Leading performance and development of engineers
4. Managing stakeholder relationships and partnerships
5. Ensuring compliance and risk management
6. People Management including people skills, capabilities and development plans.
