As Executive Business Partner, you’ll be responsible for supporting the CEO and other senior members to ensure seamless daily operations across the multi-partner programme.

 

You’ll proactively manage information, logistics, and follow-through enabling Infinity’s leadership team to focus on strategic priorities.

 

Your responsibilities will include.

  • Executive & Team Support: Including managing the CEO’s schedule, priorities, and travel; as well as supporting other senior leaders with diary coordination and arrangements as needed.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Arranging multi-partner meetings and events, including scheduling, venue booking, catering and logistics.
  • Programme Administration: Manage key programme office processes and records (e.g. action logs, documentation)
  • Act as a professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; handling inquiries with clarity and discretion.
  • Preparing and circulating high-quality updates, meeting notes, and presentations on behalf of the leadership team.

This role will suit a proactive, versatile individual, who takes initiative and is comfortable performing tasks at all levels (no task too small) to maintain momentum.

 

You’ll be highly organised and used to working to short deadlines and adapting to changing business needs and priorities.

 

You’ll have experience of handling confidential, sensitive information with integrity and be quick to build trust across the leadership team, as well as external partners and organisations.

 

  • You’ll be highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities thoroughly and calmly.
  • You’ll be a confident and clearly communicator and used to working with diverse, senior stakeholders.
  • You’ll have strong attention to detail, speed & accuracy is key along with high standards, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Willingness to work flexibly, across multiple locations, and to travel internationally as required meet with stakeholders, partners and deliver programmes.

 

** Please note, this position will be employed by Infinity and not MTC.  Infinity is a joint venture between Infinity, MTC, Loughborough University, and University of Derby.
