About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and highly organised Marketing Coordinator – Events to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing events to life from concept to execution.
You’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering a range of engaging events while supporting wider marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver end-to-end event planning, including logistics, venues, suppliers, and on-the-day execution
- Support the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery
- Manage event communications, invitations, and attendee engagement
- Track budgets, timelines, and campaign performance to ensure objectives are met
- Assist with content creation for marketing materials, social media, and promotional activities
- Analyse campaign and event performance, producing reports and insights
About You
- Previous experience in a marketing, events, or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Creative mindset with a passion for events and brand experiences
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms is a plus
