What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a curious, proactive engineer with:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent hands‑on engineering experience
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and component engineering principles
  • Ideally, experience with turbine components, investment casting, or machining
  • Skills in problem‑solving, programme management, risk management, and change control

Experience in some of the following would be a significant advantage:

  • Working in research environments
  • Design for Manufacture (DfM)
  • CAD/CAM tools
  • Developing experiments, methods of manufacture, or inspection capabilities
  • Resolving non‑conformance issues
  • Developing and improving manufacturing processes
  • Supporting technicians and equipment capability development
