The Opportunity

As our People Partner – Talent, you’ll play a key role in building a high-performing, future-ready organisation. You’ll design and deliver modern, blended learning solutions (not classroom-only), develop leadership capability, and create a joined-up talent lifecycle including talent reviews and succession planning.

Working closely with leaders, People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition, you’ll turn strategy into practical programmes that improve capability, performance and retention.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with leaders and People Business Partners to identify capability needs and shape talent and development plans.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify future skills gaps and support attraction and development planning.
  • Design and deliver leadership and management programmes using modern blended learning approaches (digital, microlearning, coaching, communities and on-the-job learning).
  • Build and maintain the end-to-end talent lifecycle, including talent reviews, succession planning and development pathways.
  • Measure impact using data and feedback, continuously improving our talent and development offer.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in learning & development and/or talent management.
  • A proven track record of designing and delivering development programmes, particularly for leaders and managers.
  • Strong understanding of modern blended learning approaches (digital, microlearning, coaching and on-the-job learning).
  • Knowledge of talent processes, including succession planning and development pathways.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable using data and insight to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
