The role

As Executive Assistant, you’ll provide trusted, high‑level support to the Executive Team, ensuring the smooth coordination of diaries, meetings and day‑to‑day activities. This is a varied and influential role, offering exposure across the whole organisation and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders.

You’ll be relied upon to bring discretion, structure and foresight, enabling the executives to focus on strategic priorities while you keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End‑to‑end diary and meeting management for senior executives
  • Coordinating complex travel arrangements and logistics
  • Preparing, collating and distributing board and operational papers
  • Attending meetings and producing accurate minutes and action logs
  • Providing wider administrative and EA cover across the organisation
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Supporting the executive team with research and insight as required

What we’re looking for

You’ll be a confident, proactive EA with previous experience supporting at C‑suite or senior leadership level, comfortable managing changing priorities and acting as a key point of contact.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong organisational and administrative capability
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
  • Sound commercial awareness and strong Microsoft Office skills
  • The confidence to work autonomously while being a strong team player
